I herby grant permission solely to Harry Quek to register 
  The KOEHLER METHOD OF DOG TRAINING 
 in Singapore and authorize him to be the only one to claim 
 training by me and my staff and represent qualifications to
instruct in my methods.

This license and grant shall be authorized for use in the following countries:

Korea - Japan -Taiwan - Republic of China - Hong Kong - Vietnam -Thailand Myanmar-  Philippines -Malaysia - Indonesia - Brunei - India - Sri Lanka
